PawnDesk has rolled out a major platform upgrade focused on improving the client dashboard experience. The update introduces real-time collateral tracking, enhanced loan management tools, comprehensive PDF reporting, and a fully mobile-responsive interface. These improvements were developed based on direct feedback from our clients and reflect our commitment to building the most transparent and user-friendly crypto-backed lending platform available.

A better experience for managing your loans and collateral
Real-time collateral tracking
The new collateral tracking module provides a live view of your deposited assets, including current market value, LTV ratio status, and distance to margin call thresholds. Price data is sourced from multiple exchanges and aggregated to provide accurate, up-to-the-minute valuations.
A visual timeline shows the historical performance of your collateral over the life of each loan, making it easy to see how market movements have affected your position. Configurable alerts can be set to notify you via email or SMS when your LTV ratio approaches predefined levels, giving you time to take action before any margin call is triggered.
Loan management tools
The upgraded loan management section consolidates all active, pending, and completed loans into a single view. Each loan displays its key parameters at a glance: principal amount, interest rate, remaining term, collateral composition, and current LTV ratio.
New features include the ability to request loan extensions, initiate partial repayments, and add additional collateral — all directly from the dashboard without needing to contact your account manager. A built-in interest calculator helps you model different repayment scenarios and plan your cash flow accordingly.
PDF report exports
Clients can now generate and download detailed PDF reports covering loan summaries, collateral valuations, transaction histories, and interest payment schedules. Reports can be customized by date range and loan, making them suitable for internal accounting, audit documentation, or tax preparation purposes.
Automated monthly report generation is also available. When enabled, a comprehensive summary report is delivered to your registered email on the first business day of each month, covering all activity from the previous period.
Mobile-responsive dashboard
The entire dashboard has been rebuilt with a mobile-first approach. Whether you are reviewing your positions on a desktop monitor or checking your LTV ratio from your phone, the interface adapts seamlessly to provide a clear and functional experience on any screen size.
Touch-optimized controls, simplified navigation, and performance optimizations ensure that the mobile experience is not just a scaled-down version of the desktop — it is a purpose-built interface designed for on-the-go portfolio management.
Upcoming features
This release is the first in a series of planned platform improvements. In the coming months, we will introduce multi-user access with role-based permissions for corporate accounts, an API for programmatic loan management and reporting, and integration with popular accounting software platforms.
